Accufy Accounting was founded in 2020 by me as a way to help fellow property investors make sense of their numbers.

I am a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) and have a practicing certificate through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

I have been an active property investor since 2015, building up a portfolio of properties in the Midlands, Oxfordshire and Cumbria which includes single lets and Multi Unit Freehold Blocks (blocks of apartments).

Having served property investors for so long I have build up an excellant knowledge of Xero, my favoured accounting software. I have a YouTube channel where I share top tips on how to optimise Xero for property investing, linked above.
